Training is what the encampment is all about; in-flight cadets and staff members, both cadet and senior, are all trained. To achieve the overall goals set by CAPR 52-16 (Ch. 5), a positive attitude is essential. Each staff member has an obligation to learn as much as they possibly can and to offer the highest quality of training possible to others.
